COVID-19 Notice

The COVID-19 has greatly impacted the community and our hearts go to all those directly affected by the ever changing events. Our facility provides the comfort and safe environment to provide and promote health care back to the community.

The safety of our patients, their families, staff and therapists are our upmost priority. We all need to work together to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. We have placed a series of appropriate measures to help minimise the infection risk and to ensure we can continue to provide optimal services to our community.

Increased hygiene and cleaning routines have been implemented with disinfectant equipment readily available and utilised after every session. Hand sanitiser will be available for clients to use before and after treatment. Enforcing the 1.5m (4sq/m) spacing requirement including chairs in reception and maintaining a 2 person contact at any one time. We will be providing gloves when requested. Temporarily removing books, magazines and children’s toys from the wait room area and wiping of iPad and EFTPOS terminal between uses. We ask to please kindly pay by card via PayPass or direct EFTPOS deposit as no cash will be handled during this time.

What does this mean for you?

Our physiotherapy in-rooms treatment services will still be available in addition to 2:1 Pilates and exercise rehabilitation sessions.

We will also be offering an online Telehealth option for those that have been advised to stay home or currently in quarantine, awaiting COVID-19 test results or choosing to self-isolate.

We advise anyone over the age of 60 with any existing health concerns to please contact our friendly staff prior to booking an appointment.

What can you do to help us continually provide for you?

Please let us know prior to coming to the clinic if you have recently travelled overseas or been in contact with anyone that had needed to quarantine due to the coronavirus.

Please notify staff if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days associated with the virus

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Headache

  • Difficulty breathing (feeling breathless)

  • Sore throat

  • Running nose

  • Cold/Flu-like symptoms

We also ask that you please bring your own water bottle/gym towel during sessions that will involve exercise. We have a free water filter station, however there will be no cups provided during this time.

It is important to not let the COVID-19 stop you from building and achieving your goals! We are available to help you in any way that we can, whether in the clinic, via the phone, email and through our online Telehealth portal. We are here to give back positively to our people.
