Kirsty Tan | Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor

Kirsty has been working in private practice, since graduating from Curtin University in 2009. She has extensive experience in the treatment of work and sports related musculoskeletal injuries. Her passion involves Clinical Pilates rehabilitation and group therapy for preventative maintenance programs.

Using a “hands on” manual therapy approach to injury care, including mobilisation and dry needling, her techniques have been enhanced using movement analysis, exercise rehabilitation and a strength conditioning sports background.

Kirsty prides herself on providing a thorough and personalised treatment to all individuals in order to achieve optimal results. She aims to promote a friendly, professional, efficient, comfortable and safe environment for all her clients to achieve their short and long term goals, whilst continuously applying the latest research to enhance her practice in Physiotherapy.

She has worked intensely with a variety of professional sporting teams including AFL, gymnastics and Track & Field. Her affiliation with Athletics grew from her long involvement as an athlete, having represented the state at national level competitions.

In her spare time Kirsty enjoys swimming, fitness, exploring the great outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Tala Olins-Miller | Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor

Having conquered adversity with the aid of physiotherapy during her teenage years, Tala was motivated to join the profession and gained a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree from Curtin University in 2017.

She has a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and guiding clients to achieve their goals. Through utilising ‘hands on’ manual therapy techniques, Clinical Pilates and exercise rehabilitation, Tala is well placed to help people achieve full recovery and an enhanced level of physical wellbeing.

Tala has worked with clients across all age groups and is able to put people at ease as they discuss their concerns. She believes in the value of a holistic approach when managing injuries, constructing a treatment pathway tailored to the individual.

Tala has an extended background in sports training and a particular affinity with adolescents through her affiliation with East Perth Football Club and Baseball WA as a trainer and physiotherapist. With this exposure, Tala foresees future specialisation within the paediatrics or sports physiotherapy fields.

Outside of physiotherapy, Tala loves travel and the outdoors and spends most of her time along Perth’s beautiful coastline. She is keen for all things sport, having represented Western Australia in volleyball, and continues to be an active club (and social!) netball player.
